At the heart of our operations is the efficient processing of granite feed rock, a by-product of the China Clay Industry in mid-Cornwall. This sustainable sourcing allows us to reduce waste while delivering versatile, premium products to a wide range of industries.
Our granite feed rock is processed at our two strategically located sites in Melbur and Greensplat, both equipped with advanced machinery to ensure precision and consistency.
The processing journey begins with primary crushers, which reduce the feed rock into more manageable sizes. These materials are then further refined through our secondary and tertiary crushing processes, enabling us to produce an extensive range of products tailored to meet diverse needs.
Our expertise extends beyond standard aggregates to bespoke solutions for specific industries. For instance, we work closely with the sports sector to supply tailored materials for pitches, tracks, and recreational surfaces.
